The Word Only - Lo, I am with you alway

I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Heb. 13:5

So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Heb. 13:6

Behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee, until I have done that which I have spoken to thee of. Gen. 28:15

Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee. Deut. 31:6

Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world. At my first answer no man stood with me, but all men forsook me I pray God that it may not be laid to their charge. Notwithstanding the Lord stood with me, and strengthened me. II Tim. 4:10, 16, 17

When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up. Psa. 27:10

Lo, I am with you always even unto the end of the world. Matt. 28:20

I am he that liveth, and was dead; and, behold, I am alive for evermore. Rev. 1:18

I will not leave you comfortless; I will come to you. John 14:18

My peace I give unto you. John 14:27

Be strong in the Lord, and in the power of His might. Eph. 6:10

If our faith, our hope, our peace rests in our flesh, we will  fail.
But if it rests in the "Power of His might" then all will be kept by His power in our lives. We will glorify Him.
Sending prayer hugs 🙏🏻🤗 for you, in your burdens,

It is always humbling to see how quickly I forget these things, and how often I must be reminded to rest in the Lord and not be looking around and dismayed by my circumstances, and like Peter beginning to sink. A verse that has often been an encouragement to me to keep on, trusting that the Lord will one day answer because He has promised: Lamentations 3:25 - "The LORD is good unto them that wait for him, to the soul that seeketh him." We must seek Him and wait for the answer. These verses you posted here were good for me to be remembering He is faithful who promised, and it's wrong for me to fear.

How wonderful that there is One that we can trust at all times. Friends fail us and leaves with pain and hurt, but Jesus never leaves us alone. I am so thankful that I know Him as my Lord and Saviour. Hugs Shaz. Hope you will soon be back to normal.

My dear Shaz. Thank you for taking the time to write these precious words down for all of us. This was a discouraging day for me today and so they touched my heart even more so than usual. My dear sister, I hope you will soon be well and recovering from your fall. Wishing you much love and many, many blessings. Betsy

Why do I forget how much God cares for and involves Himself in my life even when I turn my back on Him? These words are humbling and encouraging, what a wonderful, faithful Father we have. So happy you are returning to full health, are you sure roller-skating is a good idea still?...:0)

Sorry to hear you have felt a bit unwell, hope things turn around for you soon. You have shared some great verses for anyone wondering if God is still there, when you are hit with tragedy your first thought is why , but we know through it all God is there beside us, and will never fail us!
