The Word Only - Grace Sufficient

My heart panteth, my strength faileth me. Psa. 38:10

Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer. From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I. Psa. 61:1, 2

He said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
For when I am weak, then am I strong. II Cor. 12:9, 10

When (Peter) saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? Matt. 14:30, 31
If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small. Prov. 24:10

He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. Isa. 40:29

The eternal God is. thy refuge, and underneath are the everlasting arms. Deut. 33:27

Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power. Col. 1:11
Hope this blesses you as much it did me, if you have time please let me know.
Sending prayer hugs 🙏🏻🤗 for you, in your burdens,

Thank you so much for these encouraging Scriptures. They are some that my dear Mom used to quote to me, and they reminded me of her. Today is the 19th anniversary of my Daddy's homegoing. I miss them so much! So thankful for your encouragement today.

Good to read through these verses, thank you so much for sharing. Sometimes recently I'll carry a few verses written on cards in my pocket to pull out every once in a while and think on and pray over during the day...it's always a blessing and encouragement. Thank you so much for your prayers, it means very much - and still praying for you in your different difficulties also.

This post really speaks to me Sharon! I go along well usually with my faith, but there are times when I doubt if the Lord is hearing me-but know in my heart that He is. I struggle like everyone does from time to time, so it is good to be reminded that our Lord is always there and always hears us. Thank you for this blog even though I don't always comment. Big hugs, Brenda
