And as usual they are an encouragement to me. These words are so comforting to my weary heart tonight..."Underneath are the everlasting arms". Sometimes feels as if I can't hold up under the trials in my life, but the promises of God give me renewed faith and strength by His grace. Thank you for sharing these thoughts with us! It's a blessing to me! This line hit between the eyes: "Satan wants us to put our God in that worldly box... but thatโs the path of discouragement." I will repent for the times I may have put our Everlasting God in a box.

I'm sorry for the loss of your beloved Queen. Her Majesty has been a constant in our lives, a servant of her people and a true servant of the Lord. God graciously allowed all of her family to be in the UK when He took her home to be with her King and Saviour. May she be remembered as much for her faith as for her servitude. We pray that our new king will also give his life to Jesus.Anne https://www.blogger.com/profile/14291931630009358907noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22333998638207372.post-19664574583229294342022-09-10T22:53:52.864+10:002022-09-10T22:53:52.864+10:00I've thought repeatedly this week about that v...I've thought repeatedly this week about that verse, "Well done, my good and faithful servant," sure that Queen Elizabeth heard those words from the Lord. We have lost a devoted Christian woman with her passing. Thanking God for allowing her life to bless us for so many years.
Blessings, Shaz!Martha Jane Orlandohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11620499267401065780noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22333998638207372.post-29780614568867530522022-09-10T21:59:29.500+10:002022-09-10T21:59:29.500+10:00Dearest sister in Christ, Rita, thank you ๐ your ...Dearest sister in Christ, Rita, thank you ๐ your encouragement is deeply appreciated. Thank you for sharing the precious Word which lifts us above the tempest and angry waves. Although I am not British, the loss of Queen Elizabeth has impacted me and I certainly feel the loss of this extraordinary lady. As you mentioned, she publicly acknowledge that Jesus was her Savior. I also feel sure that the Lord greeted her with "well done thou good and faithful servant." I would like to leave a link to a lovely article entitled "The Queen Who Talked About Jesus". It is filled with several of Queen Elizabeth's heartfelt messages of faith shared through the years.

https://washingtonstand.com/commentary/a-queen-who-talked-about-about-jesus

God bless you!
Rita from the U.S.RitaRhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00665065276671647926noreply@blogger.com
